The training brought together women managers of small and medium-sized enterprises. Team sessions was held on 6-7 June, and individual sessions will take place on 11–22 June.

This training was created to provide women with the knowledge and practical tools they need to effectively take their business to the next level.

Participants learned about topics such as mastery of transformation, effective collaboration, structure for success, strategic vision and process management.

After the training, eight companies had the opportunity to attend team coaching sessions at their enterprise.

All participants will undergo individual coaching sessions with a PCC coach (trainer) according to ICF international coaching standards. It was conducted by Marina Pogosyan, who is an International Certified Management Consultant (CMC Global) with 20 years of experience.
